Almond Mint Fig Salsa Verde a great match for chicken, roasted vegetables, lamb or pork chops

Mustard Aioli essential for sandwiches, sausages, steak, a dip for vegetables… can be thinned down for a wonderful salad dressing

Coconut Lime Relish absolutely wonderful, surprising and fresh atop Indian Spiced Cauliflower or alongside any curried dish. Also wonderful with skewers, chicken, roasted vegetables.

Teriyaki Sauce such a very versatile and delicious sauce. Mine contains ginger. I include my favourite Teriyaki Orange Chicken recipe

Lime Pickle Smoor with Nigella Seeds a very more-ish sauce which pairs naturally with roasted eggplant but would go equally well with any vegetable.  Also good with fish. (recipe included)

Deeply Roasted Asian Sesame Dressing oh gosh. Perfection. For leaves, rice, noodles, Vietnamese rolls… let your imagination run wild.  Or just dip your favourite raw vegetables in it.

Tiger Bite Sauce more of a tiger cub bite – this is a deeply flavourful sauce which would be great with steak or grilled fish or chicken or alongside rice, vegetables or noodles.
