Dukkah, Moskonfyt, Tahini, Sumac, Za'tar, Bulgar Wheat, Kyknos Tomato Paste
A treat of a box for creating flavours of Turkey and the Mediterranean. We use Moskonfyt, our local substitute for Pomegranate Molasses. (Try it on pancakes or toast or drizzled on whatever takes your fancy).
To serve our Dukkah, dip your bread in a saucer of olive oil and then in a saucer with dukkah. You might not be able to stop! (a great way to employ that sourdough!)
The Kyknos tomato paste is, in my opinion, the very best tomato paste.
